3 pounds Chuck Roast
1/2 Cup Water
3 Garlic Cloves
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp.Pepper

Directions:
Prior to cooking your Chuck Roast, salt and pepper your roast on both sides. Next, cut garlic cloves in halves and place garlic in meat. I usually cut slits in the beef and place garlic pieces inside the meat.

Pour 1/2 cup of water in the Crockpot. Place the meat inside Crockpot. If the roast is too large, you can cut into pieces and place inside the Crockpot. Turn Crockpot on high for 1 hour and then turn to low for 7 hours. Roast should cook in Crockpot for a total of 8 hours.

Personal Notes:
I really enjoy this Crockpot Roast because I can put it in the Crockpot before I go to bed and then in the morning, I can shred the beef and eat with avocado and tortillas. This is my imitation barbacoa.
