1 pound mini farfalle pasta (can swap with rotini)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups ham, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 – 8-10 ounce package frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1 chopped green onion for garnish
Additional shredded Cheddar Cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and run pasta under cold water until cooled completely.
In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, ranch dressing, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add the cooled pasta to the bowl. Stir in ham, shredded cheddar cheese, peas, and diced red onion.
Stir to combine. Garnish with chopped green onion and additional shredded cheddar cheese.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
