1 package Knox unflavored gelatin
1 small bag fresh cranberries, rinsed and chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple
2-3 stalks of celery, chopped
½ to 1 cup chopped walnuts
1 apple, chopped
1 can mandarin oranges
Anything else that sounds good to throw in.

Directions:
In large bowl, dissolve Jello and Knox gelatin in boiling water; use juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges as part of the cold water per instructions on the Jello box.

Chop cranberries, celery, apple and walnuts (I pulse these ingredients in a food processor).

Transfer to a large bowl and mix all other ingredients together. Add to Jello. Pour into mold or casserole dish.

Let set overnight and voila...it is ready to eat!
