1 tsp Bea Monde
1 tsp parsley
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion

Allow to set for 12-24 hours

Bea Monde seems to be a name brand or specific mix of seasonings. It could be as simple as:
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp seasoning salt

or as complicated as
1 Tbsp ground cloves
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp ground bay leaf
1 Tbsp ground allspice
1 Tbsp ground pepper
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground mace
1 tsp ground celery seed
