4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1tbls caraway seeds (optional - I usually leave them out)
1 cup raisins
1 egg
1/2 stick of butter
2 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together and pour into 8" or 9" cake pan (greased and flowered). Cut an X on top and sprinkle with flour. Bake for ~55 minutes until golden brown!
