Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 2 tsps. baking powder ½ tsp. salt ¼ cup butter, melted ¼ cup oil ¾ cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp. vanilla ¾ cup milk 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen ⅔ cup all purpose flour ⅓ cup granulated sugar ⅛ tsp. salt 4 tbsps. butter, melted

Directions:	Directions: Heat oven to 375ºF. Line muffin tin with paper liners. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Mix together butter, oil and sugar with a fork until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and milk and mix until well combined. Add flour mixture to liquid and stir unti just most of the flour is incorporated. Fold in blueberries being careful not to smash them. If using frozen, do not defrost them before adding to batter, Fill each baking cup ¾ full then add a few extra blueberries on top of each muffin. For crumb topping, mix flour, sugar, salt and butter together and divide evenly among muffins before baking Bake 22-25 minutes.
