1 lb. raw shrimp

2 tbsp. cajun seasoning

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. butter

Transfer cooked shrimp to a plate and reduce heat to medium low.

Add heavy cream to skillet and scrape bottom. Allow cream to bubble. Reduce heat to low and stir in parmesan

cheese to melt. Add shrimp and stir to coat. Use reserved pasta water to thin out sauce if needed.
