5 lbs hamburger
1 bottle catsup
1 small can tomato sauce
1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Cup vinegar
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1 T liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Make small hamburger meat balls about 1 & 1/2 in. diameter and fry in skillet, Brown on all sides. Drain well in colander. Mix other ingredients and heat. Let come to a boil. Put meatballs in small roaster. Pour sauce over them and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Can also be frozen.

This was a super delicious appetizer always served at the Stables Supper Club in Albert Lea, Minnesota.
Many Jensen family & Olson family gatherings were held here as well as reunions and holiday parties. Thomas Jensen even had a membership to the VIP Dining room upstairs.
These meatballs bring back many fond memories.
