Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter (melt in pan)
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Set large glass baking dish (with butter) in the oven and preheat to 400º.
In a blender or mixer combine milk, eggs, vanilla, flour, and granulated sugar.
When the butter is completely melted (before it browns or burns, though!), pour the batter into the baking dish.
Cook 30-40 minutes or until the pancake is set in the middle and the edges are very puffy and golden brown.
Slice and serve hot with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
*It looks fluffy and beautiful when you first take it out of the oven but quickly flops, don’t feel bad it’s normal.

Personal Notes:
This is a really nice breakfast option. Serve with fresh fruit.
