2 lbs. ground beef
2 small onions chopped fine
1 jar (3oz) stuffed olives, sliced
1 can (4oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can beef consomme, undiluted
1 pkg (8oz) medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef with onions for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Turn into 9X13X2 baking dish or 3 qt casserole dish, top with cheese.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
