If dough becomes too stiff, add water a teaspoon at a time. DO NOT CHILL DOUGH. Roll out to ⅛ thick on floured surface. Dip cookie cutters in flour before each use. Bake cookies on ungreased cookie sheets for 6-7 minutes at 400. Mix glaze. Adjust thickness. Let dry 6-8 hours before stacking or bagging.
