½ Tube Bob Evans Savory Sage Sausage
¼ Cup Oil
Flour
Salt
Black Pepper
Red Pepper
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown sausage on low.

2. Take sausage out of pan and drain fat.

3. Add oil to skillet.

4. Add enough flour to the skillet until mixture is a paste like consistency.

5. Add salt and black pepper to taste; dash of red pepper.

6. Add milk, stir constantly on low (fill with milk about half way up skillet).

7. Once boiling, add sausage. If too thin add some flour, if too thick add some milk.
