16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
8 pcs. bacon, cooked & chopped
6 jalapeños, seeded & minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t. cumin
6 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
TOPPING:
1 c. rice chex, crushed
1 c. parmesan cheese
4 T. unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except topping in a mixing bowl. Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish. Mix the topping in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375º until golden brown and bubbling. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, vegetables, etc..
