12 large potatoes & boiled in salt water
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 8 - oz sour cream
1 Teaspoon onion powder
cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, and powder and whip or mashe until fluffy.
Add a small amount of milk if necessary. Spread in a 9 X 13 pan and refrigerate or freeze until needed.
When ready to use drizzle melted butter over top.
Bake 350 for 1 hour. Delicious with any meat and no gravy is needed.
