6 chicken breasts- skin on
1 recipe Spice Rub (see Rubs)
1 recipe Classic Kansas City, Memphis Style or Georgia Peach barbecue sauce (see Sauces)

Directions:
Directions:
Make BBQ rub; set aside in an airtight container.
Make BBQ sauce in bowl and set aside. Store extra in in airtight container.

Pat dry chicken breasts on a cutting board, liberly sprinkle BBQ rub on both sides of chicken breasts.

Prepare grill or smoker using indirect heat.
Cook for about 15 minutes a side until internal temp. about 155F.

After chicken reaches 155F, baste one side with bbq sauce and cook for about 3 minutes.

Turn, baste again with bbq sauce for 3 minutes. Chicken should reach internal temp of around 165F.

Remove from grill and place on platter. Serve with extra BBQ sauce
