Ingredients:	Ingredients: Crust: 18 Rolled Zwieback Cookies or 1 1/2 C Zwieback Crumbs 3 Tbl Butter - melted 2 Tbl Sugar Filling: 1 Lb Philadelphia Cream Cheese - softened 1/2 C Sugar 1/8 Tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Vanilla 1 Tsp Grated Lemon Rind 1 Tbl Lemon Juice 2 Eggs - separated Topping: 1 1/2 C Thick Sour Cream 1 1/2 Tbl Sugar 1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 300º Crust: Blend Zwieback crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9" spring form pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool completely. Filling: Blend room temperature cream cheese, with sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon rind and lemon juice. Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each yolk. Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Pour mixture on top of the cooled crust. Bake for 45 minutes. Topping: Blend sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of the cake and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes. Cool completely, then remove from the pan. Do not invert.
