12 Eggs, beaten
1 Whole Yeast (4 pkgs) in 1/2 or 2/3 C warm water w/ a little Sugar
2 Tsp Salt (more or less)
1/2 Lb Romano Cheese grated
1/2 Lb Shortening melted (lard or butter)
1/2 Lb or less Ground Italian Ham
Flour - to make a soft dough
Directions:

Combine ingredients
Put in pans and let rise
Bake for 40-45 minutes

No temp given - try 350º
