1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tbsp Small Capers, including some of the juice
Chopped Parsley
1 1/2- 2 tbsp Paprika
1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Finely Chopped Sweet Pickles
1 Minced Garlic Cloves

1. Mix ahead so flavors have time to marry.

*Notes*
Use as dip for meat and french fries or dressing for salads.

Cut sirloin steak meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes and cook in peanut oil in fondue pot.

Salad ingredients are iceberg lettuce layered with tomato, cucumber, and hard boiled eggs.
