1 cup Shortening
1 1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix shortening, sugar, and eggs together.

2. Sift flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Then add to the shortening mixture.

3. Roll in balls about the size of a walnut. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls into the sugar mixture.

4. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes at 400º.
