1 c butter, melted and cooled
4 eggs, room temperature
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar, packed
1 T vanilla
1 c cocoa
1 c flour
1 t kosher salt
1 1/4 c chocolate, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Cooking spray 9 x 13 pan, then lining with parchment paper and spraying that as well. Mix butter, eggs, sugars and vanilla. Stir flour, cocoa and salt with a fork before adding to wet mixture. Stir until blended, do not over mix. Fold in chocolate. Bake 30-40 minutes until brownies set and still crumbs on tester, do not over bake.
