Salad
Roma Tomatoes, cut up and remove seeds
1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
1 small Sweet Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 c. dried Cranberries
White Meat of whole Rotisserie Chicken, chopped
1 Box Medium Shells Pasta, cooked according to pkg.

Dressing
2 c. Hellman’s Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 c. Sugar


Directions:
Directions:
1. Whip all of dressing ingredients together with whisk and set aside.
2. Cook pasta according to package; drain and rinse with cold water.
3. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green pepper, cranberries and chicken; mix together and add pasta.
4. Toss all ingredients with whisked dressing; salt and pepper to taste.
5. Chill and serve.
