1 stick of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 cup of Banana liqueur
4 bananas , cut in half lengthwise, then halved
1/4 cup of dark rum
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over low heat, place the butter, sugar and cinnamon. Mix till the sugar is dissolved
Stir in the banana liqueur and place the bananas in the pan
Heat till bananas begin to soften and turn brown
Carefully add the rum
Continue to cook till the sauce is hot
Tilt the pan and ignite the rum
When the flame subsides place 4 banana pieces over each scoop of ice cream
Generously scoop the sauce over each serving till gone.
Serve immediately
