3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 ½ c. water
1 c butter

Beat together until fluffy


2 ½ cups flour
2 TB cocoa
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Sift dry ingredients together and add to cream mixture above.

Fold in:
1 cup chopped nuts
½ c. small chocolate chips
2 cups finely chopped raw apples
1 tsp vanilla

Bake in greased & floured bundt pan. Bake 350° 60-70 minutes.

Cake is done when toothpick tested or springs back when finger tested.

Grandma Bonnie used a 9 x 13 pan and bakes it for less time.

No need to frost, but she would frost with fudge frosting.
