4 fish fillets
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ lemon (juice)
1 egg
1 tbsp of all purpose flour
Salt
1 tsp pepper powder.
bread crumbs
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the fish fillets into finger size pieces (I have taken Tilapia fish). Any fish without bone will work good.
2. To season add the masalas Pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder , ½ tsp cumin powder , ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste , ½ lemon (juice) , 1 egg, 1 tbsp of all purpose flour , Salt, pepper powder and mix well.
3. Coat the fish pieces with bread crumbs. (i have used seasoned bread crumbs to add extra flavor) gently press it with your hands to hold the bread crumbs well.
4. Fry the coated fish pieces in oil until golden brown on all sides .Oil should be in a medium heat to prevent burning the bread crumbs to get best finger fish.
Our delicious fish finger / fish nuggets / finger Fish is ready .Enjoy this delicious and easy fish fingers with some mayonnaise and ketchup...
