1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 onions, chopped
1 T Butter
3 red or russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
5-7 C chicken bullion or broth
2 carrots, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 T snipped fresh dill
3 sprigs parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 T cornstarch mixed with 3 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter. Add garlic last minute.
Add bouillon or broth, potatoes, carrots, zucchini and celery.
Slowly bring to boil, simmer 15-20 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, dill and parsley.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir in.
Simmer a few minutes.
