Ingredients: 1 lb Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 Tblsp Almond Extract. ( you can use Lemon extract too)
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
Dash salt
Beat this with a mixer. Add eggs in one at a time.
Pour into Buttered 9” Pie Pan
Bake 350 for 25 minutes
Remove. Cool about 10 minutes

Ingredients: Pour this over cooled cheesecake:
1 cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 Tblsp sugar
Dash Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Mix well. Pour over cheesecake.
Return to oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
Cool
Top with strawberries or mix with kiwi
