1 1/2 pounds chopped meat
italian flavored bread crumbs (not progresso - green and red can)
onion powder
garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
parsley (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Smush it all together, put in a single layer on a cookie sheet covered in a little oil. Cook at 350 until done. Or until browned, if you are putting them in the sauce to cook all day. I usually brown them and then put into the sauce pot and cook all day. (Michelle says she doesn't bother browning them.)
