20 Jumbo Pasta Shells
¼ cup chopped Sweet Onion
1 clove Garlic, minced
3 Tbsp Butter
1½ lbs. Ground Beef or crumbled Italian Sausage
½ cup Bread Crumbs
1 Egg (slightly beaten)
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
¼ tsp Nutmeg (optional)
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
1 Jar Spaghetti sauce
1 8oz bag Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

1.Preheat oven to 375º
Cook pasta until just al dente. In large skillet saute onion, garlic, and butter.

2. Add beef/sausage and crumble together until cooked through. Drain off excess grease.

3. Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs, set aside to cool. Blend in egg, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and red pepper flake.

4. Grease 9x13 casserole dish. Gernerously stuff shells and place into dish. If any meat mixture remains, sprinkle on top of stuffed shells. Pour sauce over shells, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Cover and Bake for 35-40 minutes.

**May uncover the last 10 minutes of cook time to brown the cheese on top.
