2 cups full fat ice cream, softened
1 1/2 cups self rising flour*
Sprinkles, chocolate chips, or any toppings you would like

*if you don't have self rising flour, you can use 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x5 loaf pan with non stick spray and set aside.
2. Combine ice cream and flour in large bowl. Stir until just combined.
3. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Smooth with spatula and top with your toppings.
4. Place in center rack in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Let cool. Slice and serve :)
