1 lb round steak, pound to ¼" thick
1 T paprika
2 T margarine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1½ C beef broth
1 C green onions, sliced
2 T cornstarch
¼ C water
¼ C soy sauce
2 large tomato, cut in eighths
3 C rice, cooked

Directions:

While rice is cooking, pound steak and cut into ¼" strips.
Sprinkle meat with paprika and allow to stand while preparing other ingredients.
Using a large skillet (electric), brown meat in margarine.
Add garlic and broth.
Cover.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Stir in green onions and peppers.
Cover and cook 5 minutes more.
Blend cornstarch, water, and soy sauce.
Stir into meat mixture.
Cook, stirring until clear and thickened (about 2 minutes).
Add tomatoes, stir gently.
