Ingredients:  
2 T margarine
8 oz spaghetti, broken
1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 small onions, sliced
1 8 oz tomato sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 can vacuum packed whole kernel corn
2 t salt
t pepper
2 t chili powder
1 16 oz tomatoes, chopped
C water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown spaghetti in margarine.
Add precooked ground beef.
Stir in next 8 ingredients.
Add tomatoes, sauce and water.
Stir.
Bake covered 350 for 45 minutes.
Remove - place slices of cheese on top - return to oven until cheese melts.
