2 lbs ground round, boil and drain
1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
can water
1 10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place mushroom soup and water in large bowl and mix.
Add sauteed onions that had been seasoned with salt and pepper.
Add ground round, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add cooked and drained mixed vegetables.
Mix well.
Place in sprayed casserole dish.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread mashed potatoes on top - sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
