1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp, raw
2 (6 ½ oz.) cans claw crabmeat
2 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
2 T. mayonnaise
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. prepared mustard
1/4 t. salt
1 small onion, minced
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted

Split shrimp down the back and spread apart, butterfly fashion. Remove any shell particles from crabmeat and flake with a fork. Combine flaked crabmeat, bread cubes, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt. Sauté onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine until soft and add to crabmeat mixture. Stuff shrimp firmly with crabmeat mixture. Line a large baking dish with aluminum foil and place shrimp on it. Pour remaining butter or margarine over the shrimp and crabmeat. Bake in 400º oven about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
