3 ¼ cups flour
½ sugar
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 ⅔ cinnamon chips
2 cups whipping cream
2 tbsp butter, melted
additional sugar
powered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º and grease 2 baking sheets
Mix together flour, ½ sugar,baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Add cinnamon chips and mix well.
Stir whipping cream into the flour until just moistened.
Put dough on floured counter top.
Knead dough for about 2 min.
Divide dough into three balls.
One ball at a time flatten into 7 in circle.
Cut into 8 triangles with pizza cutter.
Place on prepared cookie sheets 2 in apart
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 15-20 min until lightly browned.
Serve warm, sprinkle with powered sugar.
