Beef roast
Package of dry Ranch dressing
Package of Au Jus gravy
1 stick of butter
4-5 pepperoncinis

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot, sprinkle ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix over the top. Place a stick of butter on the top, place the peppers around the edges of the crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.

This can be cooked in a pressure cooker by adding 1 cup of water and cook for 90 minutes.
