6 cups whole milk
1/2 cup long grain rice
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine 6 cups whole milk and 1/2 cup long grain rice in a 13 x 9 Pyrex dish.

Bake for 60 minutes.

Whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

The last 10 minutes of baking, slowly add the egg mixture to the pudding mixture.

Cool before serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon when served.
