1 chicken, cut up
1 box Golden Dip Chicken Coating Mix
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 C milk
3 T Crisco, heaping
1/2 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry chicken. Dip chicken in milk. Get a large
brown paper bag and put inn the coating mix and salt
and pepper. Mix and shake chicken in bag.
Get a black skillet ready with the crisco and margarine.
Cook chicken till brown. When all chicken is cooked, put
in a roasting pan and add 1/4 c water. Cover and put in
oven at 300 till water is gone. Keep checking water.
Cook about 1/2 hour.
