Ingredients:

4oz butter
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 pound Monterey jack cheese grated
2 packages of 10 oz frozen spinach (drained if liquid)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. 
2. Beat eggs, add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. 
3. Add cheese and spinach mixing well. 
4. Spread into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. 
5. Cool 30 minutes before serving. 
6. Cut into squares.  Makes 40 squares.
