4 Boneless Chicken Breasts - cooked and shredded
12 Oz Frank's Red Hot Sauce
2 - 8 Oz Blocks Cream Cheese
16 Oz Ranch Dressing
1 C Chopped Celery

1 Block of Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Combine chicken and hot sauce in a 13 x 9 baking dish.

In a small saucepan combine all other ingredients except the Monterey Jack and warm until smooth. Then pour over the chicken mixture and stir.

Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

Bake for 45 minutes, Let stand for 10-15 before serving
