2 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups white flour
5 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp salt (or less)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (Bev uses Splenda)
3 cups natural bran
3 cups All-Bran Cereal
2 cups raisins
2 eggs and 2 egg whites
1 cup applesauce
1-litre buttermilk (1%)
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and make a well in the centre.
2. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and add all liquid ingredients. Add to dry mixture and mix well.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 400 F. Stir the batter and fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
5. Bake for 17-20 minutes. (use Pam)
