Crab Stuffed Potatoes Recipe

4 med potatoes
1 - 6 1/2 oz can crab meat
1/2 C butter
1/2 C light cream
1 tsp salt
4 tsp grated onion
1 C sharp ched cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp paprika

Clean potatoes well. Bake in oven for about an hour at 350 degrees, until soft when pierced with a fork.
Cut the bake potatoes lengthwise & scoop out the potatoes. Whip with butter, cream, salt, pepper, onion & cheese.
WIth a fork, mix in crab meat & refill the potato skins.
Sprinkle with paprika & reheat in oven for about 15 min.
These freeze nicely.
