1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped (or frozen and drained)
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into short, thin slices
1 small red onion, sliced into long thin slices (I leave this out for me and Auds)
1/4 c rough-chopped cilantro
1 med. clove garlic, mincd
1/4 c pineapple juice
6 T fresh lime juice
1 fresh chili pepper, finely chopped
Salt and fresh-ground black pepper to taste
4 - 1 1/2 " thick tuna steaks, very fresh, around 8 oz. each
2 T vegetable oil (or less)

In a large nonreactive bowl, combine the mangoes, bell peppers, onions, cilantro, garlic, pineapple juice, lime juice, chili pepper, salt and black pepper. Mix well and set the salsa aside.

Rub tuna with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. For med. rare tuna, grill over a med. hot fire for about 3 minutes on each side (the inside should still show some pink). Serve with the salsa.
