Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
1 small onion chopped
1 egg
1 tbls oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Rice:
1 cup rice
1 1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except oil. Mix well
Shape into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls
In large skillet brown meatballs on all sides until completely cooked through
Drain excess oil
Pour can of cream of mushroom soup(undiluted) into pan and simmer until warm and bubbly, and meatballs are coated

Rice
You can either put rice in water in a sauce pan on the stove and bring to a bowl, then reduce to simmer undisturbed for about 15 minutes
OR
Put rice and water in a Pampered Chef rice cooker. Stir and cook in microwave for 8 minutes. Stir, microwave additional time if needed

Serve meatballs and gravy over the rice
