1 c. water
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. dry milk
2 c. unbleached bread flour
1 c. rye flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. cranberries
½ c. poppy seeds
2 tsp. bread machine instant yeast

Using a bread machine:

Press Menu button to select Whole Wheat bread.
Set Color to Rapid Bake (machines vary so use the best setting for your machine, note that "Quick Bread" is not the same as Rapid Bake).
Pour ingredients into Bread Maker pan. Make sure to keep yeast dry (away from wet ingredients).
Lock pan into bread machine. Press Start.
