½ c. old-fashioned rolled oats
⅔ c. warm water
¾ c. unsweetened applesauce
2¾ c. bread flour
1½ tsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1½ tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp active dry yeast
¾ c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
º Combine all ingredients (except raisins) into your bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.
º Set the machine for basic/white 2 lb bread with a light crust.
º When the mixing cycle beeps, add the raisins at that point.
º When the bake cycle completes, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack for 1 hour before slicing.
º Store the bread in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
