16 oz cream cheese, softened
⅔ cup grated parmesan cheese
⅔ cup finely chopped walnuts
¼ cup finely chopped onion
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon milk
coarsely chopped walnuts
Bugles Corn Snack, Wheat Thins or any other snack cracker you prefer.

Mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, nuts, the onion, salt, pepper, parsley garlic powder and milk until well blended. Shape into a ball; roll in chopped nuts. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving with Bugles and/or crackers.
