Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place peppers peppers about 2” apart
on a baking sheet
at 375º for 15 minutes and turn over.
They should start turning black. Repeat
for 15 minutes more or until most of the
skin is charred

Gently place them into a brown bag and seal it
closed til they cool.
Strip off the skin and remove the seeds.
If you can save some“juice” from the peppers
It can be added to them in a container
with chopped garlic, Basil leaves, salt and pepper.
They will keep til you add to salads, etc.
Any juice from the peppers tastes
like olive oil was added. Heathy!
