14 oz can Creamed Corn
3/4 C. Corn Meal (in a pinch you can use jiffy mix)
3/4 C. Milk
1/3 C. Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
Chopped Parsley to Taste (Optional)
4 oz Can Green Chiliís
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Reserve a little of the cheese to put on top of the mixture before baking. Mix ingredients thoroughly, pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with reserved cheese; bake uncovered 30-40 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
