9 cups Chex Cereal,
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour cereal into a large bowl, set aside.

2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute. Once smooth, stir in vanilla.

3. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated.

4. In true Lindsey fashion, pour cereal mixture into a trash bag with powdered sugar. If you think, "no way that I am putting it in a trash bag," then put the mixture in a baggie or a container with a lid. Seal securely and shake until all pieces are well coated.

5. Spread on waxed paper to cool, or immediately eat, because who wants to wait to eat puppy chow!
