1.0009 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
3 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup olive oil
1/8 t. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Smash cloves to paste using a pinch of salt. Toast all the seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until it smells. Grind seeds, and then put them into a bowl.

Add salt, sweet paprika, cayenne, garlic. Stir in red wine vinegar and olive oil. If chilled, harrissa will last for up to a week.
